How do I book an appointment?

Which services are available at each clinic?
All services are available in Hale. Sale offers musculoskeletal physiotherapy, scar therapy, LymphaTouch and sports massage. Pelvic health, menopause support and postnatal appointments are available in Hale only.

 

What happens at my first appointment?
We discuss your symptoms, health history and goals, then assess what is relevant to you. Tricia explains the findings and agrees your treatment plan and next steps with you.

 

I am not sure which appointment to choose. Can you help?
Yes. A free 15-minute consultation is available to discuss your needs and help you choose where to start. Contact us or check JaneApp for availability.

 

Do pelvic health appointments include an internal examination?
An internal examination may be discussed where relevant, but it is always your choice. Tricia explains the options and only examines you with your consent. You can ask questions or stop at any time.

 

Is menopause support a separate service?
Menopause support is part of our pelvic health service in Hale. We can discuss your concerns and help you choose the appropriate appointment.

 

Can I book a postnatal check after the early weeks?
Yes. Postnatal appointments can support recovery and a return to activity at different stages after birth. Contact Tricia if you are unsure about timing or the type of appointment you need.

 

How do I know whether LymphaTouch is suitable?
Tricia will assess your needs and discuss whether LymphaTouch is appropriate within your scar therapy plan. Contact us before booking if you are unsure.

 

Can I use my health insurance?
Please contact us before booking an insured appointment. Have your membership number, authorisation number and authorised session details ready so we can confirm arrangements. Pelvic health appointments are a self pay service only.
